UNDR Privacy Policy

UNDR is a real estate underwriting app. This policy says what we collect, why, who we share it with, and what we never do.
What we collect
- Account details, if you create an account to subscribe: your name, email address, and phone number.
- Precise location, only when you use the "find the property at my location" feature. We use it to identify the property you are standing near and do not track your location in the background.
- The deals you save: property addresses, the numbers you enter, and the documents, photos, and videos you add for reading.
Payment runs entirely through Apple's App Store or Google Play; we never see or store card numbers.
How we use it
To run the underwrites you request, to sync your saved deals across your devices when you are signed in, and to read the documents, photos, and videos you submit (they are processed for extraction and analysis, and nothing else).
Service providers we share data with
UNDR uses a small number of processors to deliver the app. We share only what each needs to do its job, and only to provide the service to you:
- Anthropic processes the documents, photos, videos, and text you submit so the app can read and explain them. Your content is sent to Anthropic solely to generate your analysis.
- Google Maps Platform receives an address or your location to return maps, geocoding, and Street View imagery.
- Property-data providers (such as ATTOM and RentCast) receive a property address to return public-record and market data. They receive the address, not your personal account information.
- Clerk handles sign-in and stores your name, email, and phone for your account.
These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms. We do not sell your data to anyone.
Free trial and abuse prevention
To keep the free analyses fair, UNDR uses Apple DeviceCheck (iOS) and Google Play Integrity (Android) to recognize a device that has already used its free analyses, so deleting and reinstalling the app does not reset the count. This is a device check for abuse prevention only. It creates no account, requires no sign-in, and builds no personal profile.
What we never do
We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not track you across other apps or websites.
Storage and deletion
Saved deals live on your device and, when you are signed in, on our servers. Delete a saved deal and it is gone from both. To delete your entire account and all associated data, open the app, go to the menu, then Account, and tap Delete account. You can also request deletion at undr's account deletion page or by emailing info@lalaineaurelia.org from your account email.
What UNDR does not cover
UNDR is decision-support software, not a licensed professional. It is not an insurance underwriter, broker-dealer, real estate broker, or investment adviser, and nothing in the app is investment, financial, legal, tax, appraisal, or insurance advice. Every figure UNDR shows is an estimate from third-party data and your own inputs and can be incomplete or wrong, so you are responsible for independently verifying every figure before you rely on it.
