Delete your UNDR account

UNDR is a real estate underwriting app published by Lalaine Aurelia Holdings LLC. You can delete your account and all of its data at any time, either from inside the app or by email.

Delete it in the app

1. Open UNDR and go to the menu, then Account.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Confirm with Delete permanently.

This erases your account immediately: your saved underwrites, buy boxes, branding, team seats, and any documents you uploaded, on your device and on UNDR's servers, and it removes your sign-in.

Delete it by email

If you cannot open the app, email info@lalaineaurelia.org from your account email address and ask us to delete your account. We will remove your account and all associated data and confirm when it is done, within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your name, email, and phone number, your saved deals and the addresses and numbers in them, your uploaded documents, your buy boxes and branding, and any team seats you own. Payment records held by Apple or Google are managed through your App Store or Google Play account, not by UNDR; cancel a subscription in your store account settings.
